Recovery Assessments For Rutherford & Polk County

Phoenix Crisis Center will be on-site at Out of the Ashes Main Campus (131 Countryside Dr., Forest City, NC) from 10 AM to 1 PM to provide assessments for anyone in Rutherford County in need of detox or mental health stabilization.
If you or someone you know needs help, this is an opportunity to speak with professionals, get assessed, and, if qualified, be streamlined into services. Individuals must be from Rutherford and or Polk Counties.
Out of the Ashes is not a detox, psychiatric facility, or asylum. Do not drop people off unless they have been accepted . This partnership is about providing assessments and connecting people to the right care.
