LLBC Volunteering at New Beginnings Soup Kitchen

LLBC staffs the New Beginnings Soup Kitchen at Green River Baptist Association on the first Thursday of every month. This entails the preparation of food, packaging of meals and managing the distribution. In addition to the physical labor we also provide 14 x 1 pound cakes for dessert.
A total of approx. 400-500 meals are served each Thursday.
Each recipient is also prayed with, so this is a great opportunity to feed a physical need and meet a spiritual need.

We need you to help volunteer and provide the needed pound cakes.
Available Shifts:
Morning: 8am-12pm
Afternoon: 1:30pm-6pm
